Seasonal, Local, Artisanal + Sustainable

 We were extremely excited this summer to support Chef Jason Weiner (of L&W Market, Bridgehampton NY and Almond Restaurant, Flatiron NYC) in his quest to provide kids at the Hayground Camp in Bridgehampton seasonal, local and artisanal lunches. 

Jason thought it would be fun to pack lunches for Hayground kids the way he packs them for his own kid… in a bento box. 

Arriving in Kinsho Bento Boxes, the lunches were intended to be fun, interactive and locally sourced. There was something for all kids – from the risk averse to those more adventurous eaters.

We loved the idea of using our bentos as reusable lunchware and cutting down on waste from single serve plates in a camp that focuses on kids connecting with their natural surroundings,
